I made my own theme, "World," with all of the desktop wallpapers taken from the different international themes and the wallpaper that was from the Release Canidate of Win7 that were regional releases. Like, I have 433 different wallpapers, plus they are doing a slideshow every minute or so to another wallpaper.
Plus, I would absolutely HATE if Microsoft had URLs on your desktop and the only way to get rid of them is to click and visit the website. I still think that they should just make themes like the ones they did on here ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/personalize?T1=themes ) without the URL advertising
