Alright, here's the thing captainpreference....I'm an adult....with a job...that I get paid for. Fuck, I can walk out of a gas station with a snapple and a candy bar and nobody is going to fucking stop me, bookstores only tag a handful of books to set off the alarms at the door so more likely than not, you can just walk right out with a book and nothing will happen. Stores like K-mart are actually instructed not to stop somebody from shoplifting unless it's more than 50 dollars because the legal fees are more expensive than the merchandise (I knew a security gaurd that worked at retail stores). Stealing is easy.
But I'm a 25 year old that actually has purchasing power, I'm not an unemployed 16 year old that doesn't get enough allowance from his parents. I don't work so I can see a big number in my checking account, I work so I can buy things, and I'm not particularly greedy so I don't really find myself in want. You may think "buying stuff" is all stupid and shit, but that's how the grownup world works. When I was your age, I pirated shit too. Then I got a job. You'll grow up someday, but in the meantime try not to make an ass of yourself.
