When people used to call about this, my manager would turn up the sound on the TV and hold the phone up to it. They never held on for long haha.
Other times they would ask my Senior Game Advisor would say "Yea I got it but do you have it" and continue to antagonize them haha. And one of the other game advisors would keep the phone number and then turn them over to the phone company. Oh pranksters get relatively owned at my store haha.
Considering I'm pretty knowledgeable in games, if they ever tried to do it in person they'd get owned.
