Heres a message from one of the devs in their own forums(from some time ago when some guy mentioned it.)I really dont see why people like to stir things up by bringing a streaming video artifacts. :

Facials - sure. Driving - yea I think something like that is in the plans Bugs in Digital Foundry's tech video? I don't know what that refers to. But yeah we should have ample time to optimize and tweak stuff like the above. |
