Why is Tekken on its 6th and Soul-Calibur is only on its 4th?

Tekken 6 makes SF4 look like a newb game. Especially if you put two professionals who excel in both games.

Not going to argue if its true or not as I'm only very good at street fighter. SF is the more fun of the two IMO.. I mean, juggles are fun... but when the whole game is juggle after juggle, it gets kinda....ugh!
