Link's Awakening was basically a direct sequel to Link to the Past, and took every single good thing about that game and made it better. If that doesn't make the whole game better, I don't know what does. It had plush Yoshi dolls, pet chain chomps, Dr. Wright cameos, Game Boy camera bonuses, and the funniest trading quest of any game ever. It mixed everything good from Link to the Past with a dash of 2-D action Link's Adventure style, but not too much to ruin it.

That is my humble synopsis of the situation, and why I am doing this:



Favorite Companies: Nintendo, Blizzard, Valve.
Recent New Favorites: Grasshopper, Atlus. (R.I.P. Clover.)
Heroes/Homies: Shigeru Miyamoto, Gunpei Yokoi, Will Wright, Eric Chahi, Suda51, Brian Eno, David Bowie.
Haiku Group: Haiku Hell.
Nemeses: Snesboy, fkusumot.
