Kuja is also one of my other favorite villains because he (maybe not literally) had some balls. Unfortunately, most Americans didn't get the whole satire of him looking like a girl.

Eh...there was sature involved with him? Haven't played the game for a long time, so...

Kuja was originally going to be a girl.  But yeah, it was satirising the Japanese anime / manga tendency to have androgynous men. 

 

[SPOILER]When Brahne called him "Lady Face."[/SPOILER]  Also, dissidia pokes fun of him looking like a girl as well.

There is psychological reason behind it..
