Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but I really doubt that FF XIII will come out anywhere near December, January or even February. FF XIII is the kind of game that spends at least 3 months of pre-order before their release. And preorder from America or Europe hasn't started yet. So don't anybody get your hopes up.
