Some people have been talking about a possible worldwide December release.
I can actually foresee it coming out on the PS3 worldwide December, with a 360 release early next year. If the 360 code is holding them up, and if MS didn't specifically stipulate simultaneous release, this makes sense, as at least 1 version of FF XIII will get the holidays boost world wide.
