I don't have to try it to know that it's missing key features that even its predecessor had.
If someone gave it to me for free, I'd probably play through the SP campaign, and try out the multiplayer... then go back to COD4 when I want more players, variety of levels, (significantly) lower ping, etc. Not to mention CS:S, TF2, and L4D (1 & 2)
