@ soul Good answer! My points exactly. I'm hoping myself fro a Rio GTA a Rio de Fevereiro City or whatever. Since they put Rio in MW2 and São Paulo in Max Payne, a little more of Brazil wouldn't hurt.
There's also the point that nowhere in the world you would be able to run over people or create mayhem without much troulbe with the police(besides africa or Countries in civil war) besides Rio de Janeiro( I know, I live there)
