you DO know there's something like art style, art direction, composition, effects, attention to detail etc. since graphics is something more than models and textures, right? just look at Gears of War 1/2 and then look at Quantum Theory which is basically GoW ripoff in every possible way - same artstyle yet both Gears of War and Gears of War 2 look awesome while Quantum Theory looks like crappy ps2 game.
