In screen shots, MW2 looks nicer, BC2 looks "harsh", characters are prettier in mw2, but in motion, BC2 looks better imo. Stuff looks like they have more weight, there are debris flying about after an explosion, and I am loving the "going deaf" sound effect in BC2 after explosions.
