If you look at the memo it's not like the margins are fudged in the least bit.
How long do you think it would take to perfectly craft a memo in a second langauge that has the margins perfect.
You'd probably be sitting at your desk with a thesaurarus for an entire day at least. Which is far too much time for a Govoner.
