Afterall, the states has been in existence for ~230 years and has over that time had an average of ~35 states? That'd mean about 1000 vetoes per year per governor =P Anyway, I'm dropping this because it all seems rather pointless. |
It's not just vetos. It's just about any other thing.
Either way, these kinds of messages have happened before, usually nonsensible.
As for "personally insulted the govoner" probably 90+%.
I mean you don't veto the bills of people who like you.
