Actually I doubt there have been over 8M vetoes. Afterall, the states has been in existence for ~230 years and has over that time had an average of ~35 states?

That'd mean about 1000 vetoes per year per governor =P



Anyway, I'm dropping this because it all seems rather pointless.

It's not just vetos.  It's just about any other thing.

Either way, these kinds of messages have happened before, usually nonsensible.

As for "personally insulted the govoner"  probably 90+%.

I mean you don't veto the bills of people who like you.
