How many of those cases involve a sponsor of the bill personally insulting the governor?
Actually I doubt there have been over 8M vetoes. Afterall, the states has been in existence for ~230 years and has over that time had an average of ~35 states?
That'd mean about 1000 vetoes per year per governor =P
Anyway, I'm dropping this because it all seems rather pointless.
