Okay class.  If you go to a store, and you have to pay list price for an item, say $199, and get a bonus $100 voucher after purchasing it, how much did it cost you?

Teacher:  Try again, Stewie.  Whats $199 minus zero?

Billy: $199 teacher!

Teacher:  Good job, Billy!  Now you can use that bonus on anything else you want, but it never affects the price you paid for the item which always was and will be $199.  Class dismissed.  Oh and Stewie, I'm going to have to ask you to stay after class to practice your zero subtractions, ok, sweetie?
