I think Sony's system is best because you can top up the amount you need. Want to buy a $15.99 game? Top up $15.99, not 1400 Microsoft points of which you'll spend 1200 or anything like that.
The problem only arises when you use a prepaid card. Which will obviously be the same for every system.

Microsoft and Sony do the same thing with the pre-paid cards. You can buy them in $20(1600 MP) and $50(4000 MP). I don't see what you are saying |
That's exactly the point.
With prepaid cards, all Store systems are exactly the same.
If you top up by credit/debit card (correct me if I'm wrong here), the PS Store allows you to credit your account by the exact amount you need at checkout, while the Wii and XBL stores require you to purchase a certain number of points.

I don't know. Like I said earlier in this thread. I don't have my credit card info on any of my consoles. Though it is possible
