Ah, anecdotal evidence. How interesting. All electronics have manfunctions. Did you know that with every inch your LCD increases in screen size, the QC increases exponentially. Also, did you know, that if it's under warranty, Samsung will usually replace that for free after 2 repair attempts....with a brand new model. Samsung's customer service is a bit spotty though, but their televisions...well I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but when you bought that TV, you probably did some research, no? Did that research lead you to believe that Samsung was the best brand for you? It still is the best brand. You've just had some bad luck, and I understand how you feel....but I'm sorry, it's still the best brand for LCD on the market, and Panny has taken over the Plasma market now. Just get it repaired, it takes some time, but be persistant. |
april 2009 it was repaired, after i finished with the guy. 3 times (repairs) . they refused to exchange it. 500$ wasted i doubt the tv will last longer than 3 years. i hope it last enough so i can buy a OLED similar size. but i am going sony or panasonic next time.
