My last post on this thread because I already caused a lot of troubles for CGI. Is it a gaming handheld? Because it has snake and other games:

It's a phone.

Is ipod touch a phone though? No.  Saying iPhone doesn't count just because it has phone capabilities is just foolishness. Also it is obvious the games found in this thread http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=89891&page=1 have more complexity than snake so all that you are really doing is just trying to be a smartass.

EDIT: Truth be told I think you decided it was not a real handheld because of the distribution model, which is not fair considering the DS and psp both have their own digital distribution portals (with the psp GO! wholely utilizing this) so I really don't see where you can get off saying this..

Still waiting for a response. But maybe you realized you were wrong, eh?

I said: "Sorry for all the mess." (so, I stopped)

If it was my thread or off-topic enabled, I could argue with you all the day. You gave me the perfect answer to make me show how wrong you are here: "It's a phone."

Just to let you know how I think about it: If it's primarily a system that can make calls (Iphone) it's a smartphone/phone that can play games. If it's primarily a system that can play games BUT has skype, it's a gaming handheld.

But now I understand why Ipod is on the list. It's not a gaming handheld but it's a handheld after all, people can play games on it and if they think that Ipod is their favorite handheld to play games (even if it's a smartphone or phone) they will vote here. CGI won't add every handheld on the earth, only the most notable handhelds

On the contrary. Look at the red-ed.

But let's go with what you are saying: "IPhone isn't a handheld because It's a phone and is not primarily used for games. It's the same as a calculator or a cell phone from the 80's with snake on it."

Okay, now let's destroy what you think: iPhone is a phone, yes? The iPod Touch isn't. In fact, it was marketed for it's apps with games being a priority. What you think I'm lying?

There you go. But wait, by your definition iPod touch is a Gaming handheld due to the fact that it plays games and has skype!

Now I know what you are thinking now: "this guy just doesn't get it, iPod are used for Music!"

Well yes, they are. But so are PSP's, Nintendo DS's, and almost every other recent handheld (N-gage, Gamepark 32, Zodiac, gizmondo) as well.

You know what I am starting to see here?

PSP:            plays games, has skype, plays music and multimedia.

iPod Touch: plays games, has skype, plays music and multimedia.

DS: plays games, has skype, plays music and multimedia.

OMG THIS IS A REVEALATION. LOOK HERE GUYS OMG, the PSP and iPod are THE SAME. OMG ROFLCOPTER.

Now let's just relate this to the iPhone, shall we? It's an iPod Touch... That is also a Phone. Should that discredit it? No. If sony erikkson made a psphone, would that make the PSP library not count, because a version of the psp is A PHONE. No.

HOW MUCH MORE BASIC CAN I BREAK IT DOWN FOR YA.

Whether you like it or not, the iPod is now a gaming handheld. Deny it all you want, but you're wrong, bud.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need...
