even the devs admit it, they call it homage, I call it copying, just shows they want to be like Nintendo

Not everyone wants to be like Nintendo. Believing such is pretty warped.

They are copying Nintendo, and they aren't the only ones, why do you think Sony and MS are releasing their own motion controllers

If you take a look at Sony's and Microsoft's top franchises, they are nothing like Nintendo's top franchises.

And they don't sell like Nintendo's top franchises, which is why they are moving more towards what Nintendo is doing
