If From Software owns the rights 100%, I think they should consider the port. Many Japanese games this gen, including jrpgs, sell more in the west than in Japan. And in the western market, ignoring the 360 would be missing a big opportunity. When Lost Odyssey outsold Valkyria Chronicles by a good bit, I don't want to hear the standard, "duuhh.. xbots only buy shooters. They don't buy jrpgs" comment. From Software has developed at least 2 MS-published games (Ninja Blade and Tenchu Z) so they have a close relationship with Microsoft (and they have a working relationship with Sony as well considering Demon's Souls). |
Comparing a western style jrpg to a srpg = fail. And no... jrpgs arent selling better in the west. And what did Ninja Blade do? Oh yeah, bombed horribly.
