Your favorite HANDHELD is?!!! A Tribute to our PORTABLE devices!!!

I'm sorry, but the n-gage is shit and you missed it's only critically acclaimed game: Pathway to glory.


In the past I have liked many systems, so I'll go in order:

*- Sega Nomad (Sucks down battery life like a MotherF-er and had design oddities, but it had good games)

*- GameBoy Advance (phat and dimly lighted version,great game selection. I actually still own the launch icy blue color you have in that picture)

*- N-gage (The only disappointing handheld I've ever knowned, bought it mostly for collecting)

*- Nintendo DS Phat (Bought with 8 or so launch games. Some gems like pheonix, but I grew out of it.)

*- PSP-1000 (Great multimedia player, with first REAL handheld online play. New releases have grinded to an almost screeching halt)

*-iPod Touch (Yes, gaming does come secondary, but the games are cheap, and the gaming part is seamless with the device itself with features often utilizing your own music and other things)



But I have to vote for what I like most now which would be the iPod. And BTW, touch/phone is totally different from the click wheel ipods. Click wheel has under 20 games I think, while touch/phone have 18,000 games out of the 100,000 apps on the app store, which all of them can be used for the touch/phone device excluding phone and 3gs apps. Just a tidbit. Oh, and nice thread. Handhelds are certainly alot more interesting to me than consoles sometimes.
