Option 1: She rejected you. She probably would have invited you to come to the party, if she was interested in you or suggested another day to hang out with you. Let it go and move on with your life.
Option 2: She rejected you. Stalk her. Follow her that day and see if she actually goes to a dance class party. If there are guys there, see if she is talking to some other guy.
Option 3: She rejected you. Deny that she rejected you and ask her out a couple more times to see if she still rejects you. The third time should be enough.
Option 4: She didn't reject you. You guys are now boyfriend girlfriend. The next time you meet it's ok to make out with her, grope her boobs and then have sex with her.
