It is not because they couldn't before that they could not do it later (holding a brute hammer).
The problem I have is that I don't have any idea which spartan it could be;..We didn't saw a number did we?
We know she is from the Spartan II program and that she is female.

Spartan - 058 Linda (but doubt it)
Spartan - 062 Maria (also doubt it considering she retired cause she was to wounded to ever fight a battle again).
Spartan - 075 Cassandra (Doubt she recovered from her wounds)
Spartan - 087 Kelly (She is fast she could have the speed to stop the brute hammer and make it in time)
Spartan - 111 Adriana
Spartan - 130 Alice (But I think she must be in cybro sleep when this even occured)
Damned I should try just to enjoy it and not to go deep in the story to find out who it could be....But hey that happens when you are addictive.
