Did i miss something? Seems a lot of word play involved.

Issue is about stopping a pirate. His friend robbed the store for the game? how is that piracy. That's out right theft. "IPCybercrime’s client, Activision Blizzard, approached the sellers, who then admitted having stolen a crate of the bundles from the backroom of a game retail store." This is a considerable loss to the retailer as this is physical property, but this is not piracy. Then the rest of the article goes on making numerous implications that this theft is piracy.

I look forward to the day when the kabosh has been put on piracy, but until that day comes people should not be fooled between the difference of morally, illegal and ethics. This article intentionally tries to convince people that all of it is the same.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
