I see what the plan is. 4 million+ copies times $60 minimum is at least $240 million. The game's earnings are naturally gravy by now. So offering it as this pseudo-bundle would help entice more 360 buyers, without any additional loss to the system.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
