The "crouch behind something and instantly heal" method is killing gaming. It's the most casual dumbing down user-friendly piece of crap to happen to any game.

Every other method is an active healing method. You have to find the food, use the food, find the health kit, or the inn, or cast a spell or whatever.

But just "stand where the bad guy can't see you and the pain goes away" is ridiculous.

Foods have always been my favorite though. Like the giant turkeys or bubble gum in Final Fight. Eating your enemies is always the best too.

Adrenaline doesn't heal gunshot wounds to the neck and crotch.
