Yeah if I want quality I'll watch a bluray. Netflix streaming on XBL looks grey and washed out anyway which doesn't matter to many people.

So if you have a PS3 its: Bluray for quality and Netflix streaming for convenience, and you won't need to pay a second subscription fee to do it.
