That is correct.  And that has been discussed already in this thread.  The "problem" for PC is that now developers are becoming inclined to implement console game design philosophies onto the pc gaming platform with big budget multiplat titles.  It is pertinent to this thread because IW's CoD:MW2 decisions seems to fall directly into this category.

This is the biggest problem. Console design does WORK on the PC but it is just shitty and low level of quality. Meanwhile the opposite is not true, PC design does NOT work on the cosoles at all, whethr it is because of extremely restrictive controls, less mature audience, or whatever, it jsut doesn't translate well. I mean seriously, do you see The Witcher's interface or the sequence where you can get that girl get raped replicated on the consoles any time soon? That's on top of the pretty nudity laden cards you get too.... It's just not a game for a console in any way shape or form.

Yes, I know your stance on console designed games.  Macros, keyboard shortcuts, and extremely easy aiming and precision == quality.  Fortunately, I enjoy all kinds of games, on both platforms.
