Can't we just do in RL what we do online? Anytime someone mentions Nazi's, Hitler or the Holocaust in anything other then a historical debate, we ignore the person as an obvious troll?
It seems like the RL media hasn't gotten apst that point yet. "Oh, Hitler, Real intelligent you cocksucking troll now let me proceed with ignoring you".
