It does kind of sound like he's saying the xbox live community is better than the PSN community. I think he's saying it has better community features though, which is understandable but still comes off as bit of a shallow excuse, considering the freedom developers have in customizing online stuff on PS3 -- it's actually more like PC than the 360 is, in my experience.
