That is correct.  And that has been discussed already in this thread.  The "problem" for PC is that now developers are becoming inclined to implement console game design philosophies onto the pc gaming platform with big budget multiplat titles.  It is pertinent to this thread because IW's CoD:MW2 decisions seems to fall directly into this category.
