No they shouldn't and they won't call it Xbox 3. How would Xbox 3 look compared to the PlayStation 4 on shelves? It's not a good marketing ploy.
The reason why went with 360 for the name is because they revamped it 360 degrees. If you look at the Xbox 360 it shaped like it is taking a breath in, like a new breath of life. Who is to say the next Xbox will use numbers at all?
