Gaming has been slowly decaying. The amount of gamers has been growing exactly as fast as the population has, so percentage wise, it hasn't been changing.

If there wasn't a Wii, I wouldn't have a console. I'd stick with my DS and my PC.

I didn't even have a GameCube, but the second I saw the first commercial for the Revolution controller, I knew I had to have it, and I bought 9 games within 2 months of launch.

Games are not being watered down or dumbed down or whatever your elitist ass wants to call it. The market is EXPANDING. There is still room for you. You have no need to feel THREATENED.

The Wii already has the most versatile game library in under a year. It has games for everybody. Well except graphics-whores, but that's not necessarily a relevant gaming argument, now is it...



Legend11, your fishing analogy doesn't work. Nintendo isn't stealing your lake. They went and found a bigger better lake with INFINITE fish in it and INFINITE fisherpeople are out here partying and fishing and having a great time. You can have your old lake. It's still cool. Sometimes I fish in both lakes. Don't worry about it.
