360 D-pad mods

Hello everyone!

I recently bought a 360, and so far I've loved every minute of it, its a great system and it looks awesome on my HD display.

I bought tekken 6 yesterday since i am a long time tekken fan, and oh!, the grief, i realized the 360 d-pad sucks...

it's really hard to pull some moves because the d pad is just not accurate enough, i prefer playing tekken Dark ressurection on my psp for the time bieng... which is just sad

I looked into it and there are several mods and hacks to fix the d-pad. So this is my question, anyone tried one of these? i don't feel like ruining my controller... if anyone did, any advice? which mod did you use?
