So, take your $500 and double it, then add another $500 just because well spec'd computers here are an easy target for high margins and then you will have the cost of a computer that can handle a game like DA:O where I live. exchange rate at the moment is 72c US to $1. But everything is pretty much double or worse compared to US prices. My 32" 720p Sony Bravia was $1250. How much is the same TV in your neck of the woods? $500 or less I'd guess. I think the only thing that's cheaper here is sausage meat. |
Yeah, that's about right, but $500 2 and a half years ago is $300 today.
