You have to have SkyHd package. If you do you can watch any Sky HD channel on the 360 and it comes up in HD 720p ( Thats all Sky offer right now in UK. )

I didnt see any HD content on there yet.

 

It should be there in the Live part. Just flick through the channels till you come to say Discovery HD. There is talk of a slow roll out though. So maybe not everyone has access straight away.
