You can cry out as much as you want. Everybody knows what game really bombed lately and gets Japanese Flop of the Decade award.

 

first day, first week whatever.  It's looking at 30-40k LTD right now.  Compare that to 220k for the worst selling R&C on a console in Japan and over 500k for the best selling one.  These games aren't cheaper to make on PS3 you know.

Mario galaxy a bit behind sunshine, but it's not that far.  You can add Virtua Fighter, My Summer Holiday, Minna no golf, and Gundam Musou to that list.  It's apparent games aren't selling as well on consoles this gen as they did the previous ones.  PS3 has had more dissapointing sales and they need to sell more to make a profit.
