Good Question.. It's really hard to answer. I still need more time with the new ones and there are some I like more because they're badass like Kazuya than because of my actual skill with them..
Of the new chars I like Zafina a lot and Alisa. Both play uniquely compaired to other chars. I've also found that lars has some good moves but I dislike his rediculous hair... Bob violates gravity which is pretty fun.. and hes pretty good but.. hes lines are sooo cheezy "speed and weight" XD
Of the old ones I really like Kazuya because of his awesomeness. I mean he was thrown off a cliff, taken over by the devil gene, thrown down a volcano and was able to take over the devil gene. Comon ! he rules !
Lei Wulong ! Not only because hes based on jackie chan but because I really like how he plays.. !

Hworang ! While hes been gimped a little hes still got some awesome moves.
I also like many other chars like Yoshimitzu, Raven, Bryan, Armor King and many others.. They all bring something unique to the game, be it their fighting or involvement in the story or something else entirely :p
Yes I'm a big Tekken fan. I can't really decide on one person 100 percent.
