The case is laughable.

Why?  I don't think I have ever heard of a class action suit that wasn't done for "free" by the lawyer.  They get their money if they win the case not by the plantiff.

 

 

As I said...the case is laughable. It's not going anywhere. Also, the only was to provide evidence that the firmware update caused their systems to 'die' is to spend money. Their money.

Whether the lawyer is representing them for free is irrelevent to my point.
