I just found a free XBox 360 with RROD. What should I do with it?

I don't have a Windows Live account or anything, is there a number I can call to just czech if it has a warranty with the serial number?

If a free 360 just fell out of the sky, I'll have to lay off Microsoft and double my Sony trolling. That's gonna be rough.
