Check out Bodhesatva's thread. The Wii is very heavily represented at TRU, especially its software sales. His store alone will have sold several hundred copies of galaxy by the end of this month.
Also, 3rd party games like GH3 are very heavily represented at TRU. And, as he pointed out when talking to the MS and Sony representatives, they are each more well represented at different stores than each other (MS = Best Buy, Sony = Walmart, Nintendo = TRU probably).
