Why are you surprised the gameis getting a lot of pre-orders. They've been hyping this game for over 2 years. It even had its own space in each Sony E3 presentation for the last 2 years and its been consistently been updated with news. And even moderate gamers know what it is and have been looking forward to it.
I'd be surprised if it DIDN'T sell well.
