Xbox 360: was it rushed?

Yes the X-Box 360 was rushed as many point out it should have been delayed a year or so and should have had a built in HD-DVD player as well as a bigger hard drive. However I don't think that the year would have fixed the RROD. Today even new 360's with the new Jasper chip, these new models even Red Ring. Fact is Microsoft has had almost 5 years to fix the RROD and haven't.

I have no faith in Microsoft's ability to produce steller hardware!
