MW2 or NSMB Wii? Which will sell more end of 09 and lifetime?

and even if it was the second coming, it will not outpace mariokart or even galaxy. games like wiifit and wiisports are what nintendo represents now... not mario.

some say.. but its 2d!, that hasnt happened for years and years= big sales.
but NO. there is a reason a 2d mario game has not been on a home console in years (cough.. paper mario) that is becuase it is a regression.

I will say it again, MW2 by a mile in all respects.

1: This game is not a "port."
2: Mario is still one of, if not the singular, most recognizable characters on the planet. Certainly moreso than Miis or Wii itself, i bet.
3: This isn't the 90's anymore. We no longer condemn games because they aren't 3D
4: Change in perspective, in terms of Mario games, is tantamount to a rather large change in gameplay. Even without the competitive/cooperative multiplayer element, 2D Mario is more broadly appealing than 3D mario, due to it's arcadey nature. 3D Mario is simply less accessible.
