Dude anything is better then Star Ocean 4. Even with Japanese voice overs It can't save It's cringe worthy story line and presentation. The battle system was decent and graphics were nice though.
Yes Magna Carta is above average I'd say a 7.5, but given the low expectations of a lot of professioanl reviwers (cough GTA4 cough) I'd say anything below a 7.5 and/or 8 is considered "bad" these days.
It's just that simple.
