My first year for X360.....Since this is a gaming discussion and not Nintendo alone (oh so few X360 posters):

Call of Duty 2
Condemned: Criminal Origins
Gun (sold it reaaal quick)
Oblivion
Madden 06

Also bought Dead Rising and NCAA 07 FB, but both were after 1yr, but both games were made before Nov 22nd.
