Oblivion depends a lot on how much you push the graphical envelope on PC. My laptop can run it with all sliders to the max and 1280x800 4xAA, with 50-60 FPS, and it looks way better than the PS3 version, especially on draw distance, shadows, textures and the huge quantity of grass that the PS3 version simply cannot handle.
