Cause most of the games are poor mans versions of PS2 games that don't really work well as portable games. Load time sucks ass too...when you have 15 mins to play you don't want to spend 5 of them waiting for shit to load.
Besides 16 bit Emulators for PSP are much better for portable gaming.
